NOa Palpant

Born and raised in Israel, Noa Palpant and her family moved to the DMV area when she was 10 years old. Being thrust into a new country, having a Jewish father and a Colombian mother, Noa found dance as a way to find herself and stay connected to her strong culture. She would continue to dance throughout the rest of her teenage years while falling in love with her new home and friends.

After graduating high school, Noa attended the University of Florida (Go Gators!) to study Psychology with a minor in public health. With her multi- cultured background and understanding Psychology Noa thrived in college and made lifelong friends and connections as a socialite and dancer.

In 2014 Noa Moved to Charlotte, NC. She continued to dance, while also working various roles from food and beverage, to customer service, and the retail industry before finding a role as an operations director for a small startup company.

Wanting to follow her passion for being a unique creative; while understanding business and the power of relationships, Noa switched her career to real estate in 2019. Falling in love with her clients and branding herself as “The Chillest, Illest, Realest” Realtor she saw great success during her first year even through the pandemic!

In early 2021 Noa realized her sphere of influence and her passion for business was better suited for commercial real estate and without hesitation transitioned into her role as a commercial broker. Noa’s expertise in commercial real estate is in retail/hospitality tenant representation, investment properties, and owner-operator business acquisitions. Noa describes her moniker of “The Chillest, Illest, Realest” as: The Chillest: I have all the calm. When you feel the stress of purchasing, selling or leasing a property, I offer a laid-back confidence that gets the job done without raising your blood pressure.

The Illest: Because of my style. Between the tattoos, the attitude, and my free-spirited personality, I offer an environment in which you can’t help but just be yourself; allowing you the comfortability to ask all of the questions that you have and to share your true opinions about what’s going on. At the end of the day, I am here to help YOU and YOUR business. So, you should feel like you run the show- not the other way around. The Realest: I am the realest because I’m a straight shooter! I only offer the truth, whether it convinces you to buy/sell or not. My goal is not to make money (even though that’s a nice bonus).

My goal is to help you accomplish whatever it is that you want, no matter how long it takes. From imperfections to potential, I will make sure that you are 110% informed before we engage on making an offer on any property!
